Underwater Video Cameras

SV-14R2  Low Light B&W Camera

At .0003 Lux and 600 TV lines, the SV-14R2 (low light level black & white) camera is small in size but definitely not in performance.  The SV-14R has recently undergone some changes creating the SV-14R2.  Increase the quality and specifications, yet reduce the overall size.  This cameras body now measures only 1.5" diameter x 2.66" long (38x67mm).They are small enough to mount just about anywhere a quality video image is required.
With housings machined from delrin and stainless steel hardware, corrosion is no longer the major threat that it is with aluminum housings.

SV-LL0003  .0003 lux Low Light B&W

When working in very dark conditions, even in hundreds of feet of water there is an alternative to using lights.  Lights produce backscatter from the particulate and biological life in the water.  Close in lights work great, but if you need to see in the distance or over a greater area the lights produce what we call "snow", white dots that obscure the distance.  Extreme low light cameras such as the SV-LL0003 can utilize the full maximum visibility even in extremely dark conditions.

Towed Camera System

Our towed camera and light body has proven to be an extremely stable platform, allowing for steady, clear video images.  This combined with our powered cable reel, depth sensor, cable encoder, video overlay system and a GPS or DGPS provides you with an unbeatable package.  The overlay unit, knowing the amount of cable paid out, the depth of the unit, geodetic location and heading, it can automatically calculate the position of the tow sled.  As you change depth, speed, and bring the cable in and out, the overlay seamlessly does the conversions.  Time, date, heading, depth, cable, and latitude and longitude are displayed directly on the video image.

Underwater Lighting

SV-Q10K  Video Light

The SV-Q10K is built tough for the abusive demands of harsh environments. Whether your in 1 foot or 10,000 feet of water the SV-Q10K is the light for you. With it's versatile mounting bracket this light adapts well to almost any application. Simple and proven designs are the key to dependable equipment. The SV-Q10K uses only 2 O-rings for sealing, reducing potential leakage problems. If a small amount of water were to enter the light during a bulb change, this would produce steam pressure and possible risk of explosion. An internal over pressure purge designed into this light eliminates this problem.

Tech-Lite  Battery Operated Light

Our battery packs utilize gel batteries that have no memory as associated with Ni-Cad packs, the pack does not have to be totally discharged before charging. Gel batteries do not die quickly towards the end of their charge, and do not leave you in the dark.
The battery pack has a mounting ring on each end allowing you to clip the pack in a convenient location or to your tank or under doubles. The remote light head can be used hand held or mounted to a helmet or attached elsewhere on your system.
The frosted dome port creates an even light pattern with no hot spots, which reduces glare. This feature also makes these lights ideal for video applications.
